The Ed.S. degree is offered for individuals who wish to focus their careers primarily on social studies teaching and curriculum leadership at the pre-collegiate level. The Ed.S. program of study is flexible and accommodates individual student interests and career goals. The degree culminates in an applied project or a written comprehensive examination. Entrance requirement minimums are a 2.75 undergraduate GPA, a 3.3 graduate GPA, a total combined GRE score of 900 (450 on each part) and an analytical writing score of 4.5. For full consideration, applicants should apply by March 1 to begin in Summer and Fall semesters, and by October 1 to begin in Spring semester. | ||
